Over the past few days I have finally started drawing in my sketchbook again, which I haven’t done in months. I have been so busy and have been focused on school and final illustrations that my Moleskine sat on the shelf for a very long time—too long, really. I have been really lost as to the direction that my work has been going in, and I think that keeping a sketchbook really helps me to maintain my focus and remember what it is that I love doing.
